Worldwide, from our workshop

Every system ships from Leithfield, New Zealand in twin-cushion cardboard boxes engineered for the parts they carry; dome systems ship in purpose-built crates. We have shipped SimPit systems to Europe, North America, Japan, Australia, and beyond.

How shipping is priced

Freight for screen systems is quoted per order — it depends on the system size, your country, and the service level. The shipping amount is confirmed with your quote or at checkout. Small accessories ship at flat courier rates.

Lead times

Systems are built to order. Your confirmation email includes the production lead time and an estimated dispatch window; we send tracking as soon as the shipment is collected.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees in your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. New Zealand orders attract 15% GST at checkout; exports are GST-free.

On arrival

Inspect the packaging before signing where possible, and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents — this is required for the freight insurance claim. Assembly instructions are included, and every customer gets direct support from the engineer who built their screen.

Orders in Japan are fulfilled and supported by our exclusive distributor, AIMS Co., Ltd.
